OPINION BY PRESIDENT JUDGE CRAIG Merle Stutzman, Elizabeth L. Stutzman and Bountiful Acres Trust (landowners) appeal a preliminary injunction order of the
Court of Common Pleas of Berks County (1) enjoining the Stutzmans from conducting business other than the sale of farm produce
and homemade dolls on their property, (2) directing the Stutzmans to remove manufactured gazebos, sheds, playground equipment
and other products that were not made or grown on their property, and (3) ordering the Stutzmans to reimburse the township
for costs and legal fees the township incurred in prosecuting the Stutzmans in this matter.
